How it works

The Flexi Pass bundles prepaid camper days with real flexibility. Here is the typical journey from booking to your last day on the road.

Step 1
Book your 30 Day pass
Purchase 30 prepaid campervan rental days on your Flexi Pass, then complete your booking online.
Step 2
Collect your camper
Pick up from our six standard depots in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Cairns, Adelaide, or Hobart. Perth and Darwin are available with the Perth & Darwin Access add-on (return hires only). You can also choose a mini-camper with more seats, or a regular car if you have other accommodation plans.
Step 3
Hit the road on your schedule
You have 12 months to use your flexi pass days — in one long trip or many short ones. Get 250 km per day for free within your permitted zone on the map: 500 km from the coast between Cairns and Adelaide, plus all of Tasmania from our Hobart hub. Add Perth & Darwin Access to extend your zone to those regions.
Step 4
Change plans without losing value
Return early and keep unused days for later, extend a hire, or change return location (fees may apply for one-way hires). No peak-season surcharges on any trip. Flexi Passes are fully transferable — you can sell, gift, or share unused days; the original pass holder must contact us to initiate a transfer to someone else.
